Very Great!

They are the most caring vets and vet nurses ever. After 11years of being looking after my boy it came the time I had to say goodbye to my boy Max. The staff and Dr Rebecca were very caring and loving in his final moments just as they had been for the past 11 years. Can’t thank them and recommend them enough.

Always Welcoming!

Friendly relaxed atmosphere. The staff and vets themselves are very professional and show true concern for your fur baby, they certainly know what they are doing, even my cat angel was relaxed when getting her consultation which, normally she is very difficult. They are Very thorough in their examination, and very welcoming to yourself and your pet.

What to do if you have lost your pet

Search your neighbourhood

Walk or drive through your neighbourhood several times a day, especially early in the morning and at dusk. Ask neighbours and their children to keep a look out.

Contact local rangers and animal shelters

Campbelltown City Council/Animal shelter
Rose St Campbelltown 4645 4790

Animal Welfare League
Kemps Creek 8777 4424

Put up eye catching posters

Distribute flyers with your pet's picture and contact info. Do a letterbox drop and post in public places like shops, pet stores, and notice boards. Cats can get trapped in sheds, so ask owners to check.

Place an ad in the local paper

Place an ad in the lost and found column of local newspapers. Since many papers allow people to put “found” ads for free, check newspapers daily in case someone is trying to find you!

Check all Veterinary Clinics

If your pet was injured he or she may have been taken to a nearby veterinarian or animal hospital before being taken to an animal shelter.

Don’t Give Up!

Some animals who have been lost for months have been reunited with their owners. Continue to search for your pet; you just never know!!

Microchipping is the best way to get your pet back

Our microchipping services can make sure that your pet always gets found and returned to the right place.

You can always check for your pet's records at Central Animal records, 03 9706 3187 www.car.com.au

What to do if you have found a pet

Notify the local veterinary clinics

Most clinics will keep a log of lost and found pets.

Place notices in and around the area where you found the lost pet

Advertise in the lost and found section of your local paper (this is a free service in most papers)

Take the pet to the nearest animal shelter

The best place for a lost pet to be is the local animal shelter, because this will be the first port of call that a very distressed owner will look for their missing friend. In most cases this will be the only place that people might think to look for the missing pet.
